In Memoriam.
Fateful first foul crack.
Your callous shoulder,
conversation colder.
Heartbreak. You loved me
only when you left.
Take another piece.
Sideways glances,
Sacred dances.
Too lost to want finding,
too wise to be your toy.
Beautiful stranger.
Ageless, skin blessed skin -
cheaters hands, Joyful sin.
My caution and my love was spent
on other’s hearts. Blame qui.
My rainbow, oh my canopy.
How could such fabergé heart
Crack and break my own apart?
Strings undone that were not sewn,
Oh ghost of Corpse that never died.
My knight
your armour foul’d to rust
and all your kisses fade to dust
crawl right back, feign ignorance
false safety, Tortured silences.
Haunted hearts,
so long ago I took back all my tears
and so instead I stand as by a pier
and Love - a lighthouse in the dark
alone as clearly meant to be.
Alone, as clearly meant for me?
